So that you can get the best from your A+K PADS system, we offer a Warranty Upgrade for A+K PADS Standalone and two service levels for A+K PADS Professional.

Warranty Upgrade – A+K PADS Standalone
  • 1 year advance loan exchange.
  • User back-up is recommended.

Level 1 Service
  • Telephone support Monday to Friday 9am–5pm.
  • Bug fixes and service packs.
  • Minimum 12-month period.

Level 2 Service
  • Telephone support Monday to Friday 9am–5pm.
  • Bug fixes and service packs.
  • Free software upgrades when new versions are available
  • Minimum 36-month period.
