Another successful room booking event for A+K

A+K and partners Fischer & Kerrn enjoyed a sunny afternoon last week at their annual room booking event held at the Danish Embassy in Knightsbridge. The event was once again a success with facilities and IT professionals in attendance from a diverse range of sectors. 

Those who came along had the chance to mix with experts in the room booking world and discuss their bespoke business requirements whilst enjoying some scandinavian refreshments. Attendees also had a chance to test out the products available to them in person. The best in room booking solutions were on show at the event, including the sleek looking Concierge system, which is compatible with Microsoft Outlook and handles all aspects of booking meeting rooms, desks, parking spaces and more. The Evoko Liso, which has an award winning design was also on display.

New to this year’s event, a collaborative technology space was also created. Here, the latest workspace innovations from A+K’s newest partner i3-Technologies were exhibited. These included the newly launched interactive screen the i3HUDDLE 2.0, the screen sharing presentation tool the i3SYNC Touch and the dry-erase board the i3SNAP.
