The Evoko Room Manager is a stylish and sophisticated room management solution that uses wall mounted touch sensitive screens to display current booking status outside the room itself. Using an 8" touch-sensitive screen connected to the company’s Exchange Server, users are able to see at a glance everything they need to know about the room, such as current time, starting time and finishing time of any meeting currently in progress and how long it will continue. The Room Manager screen gives a rapid overview of current status and enables users to book the room, cancel a booking or extend a meeting in progress.
