Phone and remote support 8.30-17.00 Monday to Friday (excluding UK public bank holidays) Access to state of the art meeting room facility free of charge Product enhancement updates and upgrades to the next major release Hardware swap out ensuring any faulty equipment is replaced 72 hour response rate time. Silver customer are entitled to 2 call outs free of charge per annum 24 hour response rate time. Gold customers are entitled to 4 call outs free of charge per annum Annual refresher training for existing/new staff members Support with warranty management On site scheduled visit testing the condition and performance of products/software
