- Personal Data
Content and information submitted by yourself to A+K is referred to in this notice as ‘personal data’.
Types of personal data collected by us are listed below:
- Credit Account creation. Users will be asked for: name, address, phone number, email, and bank details,
company registration number, company VAT number.
- Sales enquiries. Users will be asked for minimum of: name, email, address, phone number in order
to create a quotation to send or fulfil obligation of the enquiry.
- Sales / Purchase Orders. Dependent on the type of order users will be asked for: name, installation
address, contact email and phone, website details, IP addresses, company logo. The amount of information required
will change depending on what is necessary in order to carry out the requested contract.
- Marketing. Where consent has been given we will collect: name, address, job title, email and phone
in order to fulfil marketing requests
- Third Party Information. We may collect information from credit checking agencies against your company
for the purpose of ascertaining approval of credit account creations.
- Website. We collect and store from all visitors to our website, whether they actively provide us
with information or merely browse our website, the IP address of the computer they are using, the browser software
they use and their operating system, the date and time they access our website, the internet address of the website
from which they linked directly to our website. We use this type of information to track website usage, to measure
the number of visitors to the different sections of our website and to help us make our website more useful.

the right to withdraw this permission at any time.

shared by A+K. This notice discusses only how A+K may share such information. You determine your own policies
for the sharing and disclosure of data. A+K does not control how customers or their third parties choose to share
or disclose data.
- Customer Data. A+K may share data in accordance with our agreement with you and instructions including:

All A+K suppliers are subject to due diligence process to ensure that any personal data held by the company doesn’t leave
the EEA territory.

of any new or updated personal data being provided to us, to ensure that the personal data we hold about you is as

We may disclose your personal data to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, strategic partners, or strategic
sponsors, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
As part of our GDPR compliance obligations we are duty bound to check when personal data may be shared with third parties
to ensure that they apply the same or greater controls in terms of data protection. The use of non-disclosure agreements
form part of our third party data sharing controls.
