On-site support

A+K offers a comprehensive range of on-site services. This makes us very different to many distributors. We can provide training, customer demonstrations or pre-implementation planning we can provide a service that suits your requirements.

Some of these options can also be included as part of the different support packages we offer.

Support & Maintenance

Our service plans can be tailored to a customer’s needs. 

We offer three different levels packages; Standard, Essential, and Advanced. Call our team and they can discuss which support plan is best for your requirements. 

Support Ticketing

Utilising the latest help-desk technology software, we ensure that all inbound incidents are clearly logged and assigned for action. Nothing slips through the net. All incoming support requests are tracked against any SLA’s defined in your unique support agreement. This approach ensures that you receive the appropriate priority as defined in your agreement with us.

Even if you do not have a Support Contract in place we will still endeavour to resolve your issue. In these circumstances one of our support team will respond to your ticket within 48 working hours.
