At A+K we pride ourselves on our 25+ years in the AV industry, with knowledge of Meeting Room Booking, Digital Signage and AV.  In our many years of experience, we have acknowledged the importance of our technical support team and the services we provide.


Following recent feedback, we have made exciting changes to our support offering. We now have a fully operational support help desk, to allow our customers to log a ticket and track the progress.




If you have a current support contract with us for Room Booking, Digital Signage or AV Installation you will be prompted to provide your unique contract reference number. This is to ensure that we provide you with a priority response based on your level of cover with us.

If you don’t have a Support Contract with us, basic email / telephone support will be provided. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide a timescale for a reply, as our customers with active support contracts will take priority.

We have two packages for Room Booking Support. These are Essential and Advanced. Whilst basic telephone support is provided when purchasing from our Room Booking product range, priority telephone and remote support is only offered as part of a support contract. 

Room Booking panels come with a manufacture warranty which is separate to an A+K Support Contract.

A+K are proud UK partners for PADS4 digital signage software (on premise & subscription). With the purchase of PADS4 on premise, one-year mandatory support is included. As part of this support contract you will have access to new software /firmware updates. If this is not renewed after the first year you will not be entitled to software / firmware updates or priority telephone & remote support.

With the purchase of PADS4 Subscription, you will be required to renew the support package to carry on using the software after your initial contract end date. 

Our priority phone & remote support ensures that we provide a prompt response to any queries / issues raised on our support portal as per the terms of the agreement.

Our AV Installation Support package has been tailored to allow you to create a support package based on the services you actually require, not inclusive of service you don't. The base package is a compulsory requirement for an installation project, the rest is up to you. Just tell us what you need and we'll provide you with a quote - simple!

If there is a specific service which is not listed below but would benefit you, just let us know. We will try our upmost to accommodate you where possible.
