and AV. In our many years of experience, we have acknowledged the importance of our technical support team and
the services we provide.
If you have a current support contract with us for Room Booking, Digital Signage or AV Installation you will be prompted to provide your unique contract reference number. This is to ensure that we provide you with a priority response based on your level of cover with us.
Room Booking panels come with a manufacture warranty which is separate to an A+K Support Contract.
With the purchase of PADS4 Subscription, you will be required to renew the support package to carry on using the software after your initial contract end date.
Our priority phone & remote support ensures that we provide a prompt response to any queries / issues raised on our
support portal as per the terms of the agreement.
Our AV Installation Support package has been tailored to allow you to create a support package based on the services you actually require, not inclusive of service you don't. The base package is a compulsory requirement for an installation project, the rest is up to you. Just tell us what you need and we'll provide you with a quote - simple!
