Find and reserve a space ahead of time from any laptop or computer. Or, simply press the "Use now" button at an available space.

Clear & easy to use

Whilst, clearly visible green and red status lights indicate space availability. The touchscreen console offers easy to use functionality:

  • Use now button
  • Allows room to be reserved instantly.
  • Start button
  • Prevents “ghost” meetings. If “Start” button is not pressed, the reservation is abandoned and the room becomes available for others to use.
  • Adjust button
  • Allows to extend or shorten an on-going reservation.
  • End button
  • Ends a current reservation.
